Fabulous 2010 Ambassador Pinning Ceremony
Sunday March 7 was the day we met our 18 new Ambassadors and their families.  This is always an exciting day, like the first day at school!   '09 Ambassador  Amanda Mauppin and Board President Elizabeth Zucker did a little question & answer about Amanda's year as an Ambassador.  Her favorite event was the swimming party at the home of Van & Marla Shaw where she got to swin in a beautiful pool and got unlimited snow cones!  '09 Ambassador Natalie Megonigel gave a beautiful speech about our heroes.....these kids going through cancer treatments. 

As a transition, our 2009 Ambassadors pinned our 2010 Ambassadors with their official pins that are generously given by Bachendorf's Jewelers.  A few did need a little help from board member Gayle Horton.

After a dove release by DFW Dove Release and yummy cakes, our 2010 Ambassadors and their families are ready to start a year of great fun!

We said farewell to our 2009 Ambassadors, but will definitely keep in touch to hear about all the next milestones in their lives and see them at our Annual Ambassador Reunion in August.
